Personal Training is an investment to your health and wellness. You want to make sure you are performing exercises properly and effectively. You also want someone to keep you accountable and motivated to stay on track. That’s where I come in!

Questionnaire and physical assessment: to make sure I know all about your wants, needs, any injuries or limitations
• Goal setting: Mapping out what you want and how we’ll get there
• 3 30-minute Sessions per week: Live virtual, pre-recorded or online programming (with videos)
