Hey there! My name is Donna.
I was such a cardio-girl growing up. Dancing, boxing, jogging, etc… and then I was introduced to weight-lifting. The power it gave me, the strength I felt and the badass biceps I built! There was no better feeling than walking into the male-dominated weight room like a badass and lifting some heavy sh**.
I started learning more about technique and proper form which led me to work towards my Group Fitness and Personal Training certifications. I never thought this would turn out to be my career, but in 2017, I quit my day-job to help others full-time in leading a healthier lifestyle. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy some cardio. Dancing has always been an amazing outlet for me and a great way to get fit while having fun. Catch me on the dance floor pop-and-locking or getting sassy in heels. Let me show you how to fall in love with fitness through a variety of ways. It doesn’t have to be hours on the treadmill or feeling intimidated in a new group fitness class.
Now that I’ve become a mom, I understand the challenges of trying to look after yourself when you have so many people depending on you. It’s exhausting! And not to mention the mental load that comes with making sure the household runs smoothly. I get it! But there are ways to make sure you get some me-time or at least some physical activity in to your day to keep up your energy and those feel-good hormones! Let me show you!
