You’ve heard that fitness is 80% nutrition and 20% physical work. Well, that’s not wrong. The food you put in your body needs to be nutrient dense to keep your body healthy and functioning well. Most believe you need to cut out all the tasty stuff and restrict yourself. But I’ve created a program where you will learn how to see food for its nutritional value and still fit in your faves.
I don’t like restricting myself, and I don’t expect you to do it either. But it’s important to know what is in the foods you’re eating. The elements in your food break down into small molecules that can either make your body healthy and strong or make it harder to lose weight and leave you feeling unsatisfied and/or lethargic.
